Together We Sprout School — Program Information
Together We Sprout School serves students in kindergarten through fifth grade in Lakeland, Florida. Our program emphasizes foundational reading, writing, mathematics, science, social studies, and opportunities for creative expression and physical activity.
Hours of operation: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Individual instructional schedules and required attendance days are provided to families before services begin. Operating hours include time that may fall outside scheduled academic instruction.
PEP Family Information
Families interested in using Personalized Education Program scholarship funds should contact the school to confirm available services, provider eligibility, and payment arrangements before enrolling. Scholarship payment is subject to the applicable program rules and approval.
Parents remain responsible for directing their child’s PEP education, submitting the required Student Learning Plan, arranging instruction outside scheduled school services, and ensuring completion and submission of the required annual assessment.
School Calendar

Families receive a dated calendar before the beginning of the school year. The calendar identifies:
- First and last instructional days.
- Required campus attendance days.
- School holidays and seasonal breaks.
- Teacher planning days and school closures.
- Parent conferences and progress reporting periods.
- Assessment dates and any makeup days.
Summer tutoring, camps, and additional services follow a separate schedule. Emergency closures and calendar changes will be communicated directly to families.
Student Attendance Requirements
Students must attend the days and instructional hours assigned to their enrolled program. Families must follow school arrival, sign-in, dismissal, and authorized pickup procedures.
Parents should notify the school as soon as possible when a student will be absent or late. Missed instruction and makeup assignments will be addressed with the family. Repeated absences or tardiness will result in a parent conference to review participation and academic progress.
For students participating through an approved PEP Hybrid program, attendance must include at least two full school days on campus each week. Parents must address the remaining instructional time in the student’s learning plan.
